Description:
Made with generous amounts of premium Persian pistachios, renowned for their rich flavour and natural sweetness, this cake celebrates one of the signature ingredients at the heart of Shiraz Patisserie.
The soft pistachio sponge is layered with silky buttercream and our homemade raspberry coulis, whose bright fruitiness and gentle natural acidity beautifully balance the richness of the pistachios.
Fresh raspberry decoration shown in some product photographs is available as an optional add-on.
