Meet Sana
Sana's passion for baking began long before Shiraz Patisserie opened its doors. She became the first woman to open a café in her hometown of Shiraz, where her love for coffee, baking and hospitality flourished before bringing that experience to London.
Today she continues to develop recipes inspired by Persian culture while embracing the finest seasonal British ingredients, creating cakes that feel both familiar and beautifully unexpected.
